The Miraculous 6-Minutes(For Busy People)

We all want to be happy, But we don’t do those things which makes us happy.

Why? Simple. We are too busy. Busy doing what?

Too busy trying to be happy.



Hola Amigos!!!! Life is soo busy..right?!!


Morning matters a lot…

The morning routine of everyones may changes.

It may start with the journals, sometimes it starts with warm water with lemon, etc etc…

However how you starts your day matters a lot in your life .

You might have ever realised that how our levels of success in every area of life are being limited by our insufficient personal development. Here are some areas so that even the busiest among us can make time for their mornings to be miraculous. I think we all can agree that investing a minimum of six minutes into becoming the person we need to be to create the levels of success and happiness we truly want in our lives is not only reasonable, it’s an absolute must, even when we are pressed for time.

I personally got mixup with my daily routines so I had taken help from book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod I have come with this for you amigos!..


Imagine if the first six minutes of every morning began like this……


Minute one… SILENCE

Conceive yourself waking up peacefully in the morning, with a yawn , stretch and a beautiful smile. Instead of rushing directly into your hectic schedule. You can spent first minute sitting quietly, complete silence, very peaceful, and breathe deeply, slowly. Maybe you start with a prayer of gratitude to appreciate the moment, or pray for your entire life journey. Maybe you decide to try your first minute of meditation. In your first minute you are totally present in the now, in the moment. You calm your mind, relax your body, and allow all your stress to melt away and develop a deeper sense of peace, purpose and direction…

The gist is to be calm and silence and fully present for a minute. This might not sounds good but surely it will help to start your day very calmly and beautifully instead of awakening up and checking your cell phones.


Minute two… AFFIRMATIONS

Spent the second minute in focusing on what’s most important to you to increase the level of your internal motivation. Pull out your daily affirmations, that remind you of your extraneous potential and your important priorities and read them loudly from top to bottom. Reading and recalling your potentials, looking over what you are committed to, what your purpose and goals are gives you a feeling of confidence and re-energizes you to take the actions necessary to live the life you want and deserve……

At first your affirmations might feels like they are not 100% true, and will take time for your subconscious mind to absorb the power of theses words and affirmations. But if you repeat them, soon not only you will believe but also realise the power of them.

It’s totally up to you what affirmations you need to create, whether fit is loss weight or it is to earn money, but it must take you to your best and gives you the life you love.


Minute three… VISUALIZATION

Close your eyes, or look at your vision board and visualise. Visualisation could include what it will look and feel like when you reach your goals. You visualise the hard times to your work yet, it will boost you immensely. Visualise the day going perfectly, see yourself enjoying your work, smiling and laughing with your family and mates. You see what it will look like, you feel what it will feel like, and you experience the joy of what you will create……

The best practice will be creating a board of your visions and imaginations and see them or you can only visualise them in your mind and that will be easiest way to create powerful emotions and connect to your vision…..

Minute four… SCRIBING

You take one minute to write the things you are grateful for, what you are proud of, the mistakes you did, your workings on your mistakes, and the results you are committed to creating for that day, doing so, you create an empowered, inspired , and confident state of mind……

You can also write on your goals for your day or the overall goals of your life, its up to you…

Minute five... READING

Does spending a minute on reading makes sense??

Yes it does,…..if you don’t have six minutes for your morning then spending a minute on reading a book on your help-desk, or watching a motivational one minute video, sparks your day and improves your results at work and relationships. Learning even a short lesson in your life daily marks a significant impact on you day-by-day…….

Taking a few minutes time for your self growth and a fresh start proves profitable for you whether you have to look after your jobs, children and family. Yes it might take some of your precious time of your jobs but it keeps you fully energised till the end of your day. Your mental strength, calmness might proves to be more valuable weapons for you during your stressful times. If you can, make it beyond six minutes. Every minute you spent on your self development is well invested, it gives you enough strength and makes you watch your best version day-by-day.

Minute six… EXERCISE

Finally you get up, and you are going to make your heart rate up, generating a flow of energy, enthusiasm inside you, increasing your focus and working ability. You can spend last miraculous minute moving your body for 60 seconds, you may run on a place, a minute of jumping-jacks, use-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups.

Upto now you have chosen to lay on bed, now its time to get up and energise your body……

Taking a few minutes time for your self growth and a fresh start proves profitable for you whether you have to look after your jobs, children and family. Yes it might take some of your precious time of your jobs but it keeps you fully energised till the end of your day. Your mental strength, calmness might proves to be more valuable weapons for you during your stressful times. If you can, make it beyond six minutes. Every minute you spent on your self-development is well invested, it gives you enough strength and makes you watch your best version day-by-day.


There is no right or wrong, you can also start small, and practice one or two routines at first. A morning routine is all about making your life better and productive daily.


I have read the book THE MIRACLE MORNING by HAL ELROD and started implementing the lessons into my life, you can also read and it will surely change your life. In my personal opinion , THE MIRACLE MORNING is the most game changing, paradigm-shifting book, and this book will teach you hoe to take your life and business to the next level.

Its yours life, your rules…
